Knight. Bishop is certainly faster, but can only get to half the squares. Knight is slower, yes, but no square is out of reach. Also, knight is the only piece on the board whose movement cannot be duplicated by some other piece---it is totally unique in that fashion. A pair of knights working together can be something remarkable to watch.
Bishop, because it's the better piece (Exciting answer, I know).
When there is a smothered mate I would choose the Knight with a probability.
Make good use of knight is much harder compare to bishop.
@lukesears in open games, bishop is better and in closed games, knight is better.
