Spectators and streamers not visible

Hi,

I don't see the number and names of spectators during a game, whether I am playing or spectating as well.
Besides I don't see any streamers in the homepage, nor is their mic highlighted in their profile, even though they are streaming.
Any idea of why it happens?

I have had similar issues, in studies or whatever, it is not showing who is spectating it, so I have to ask my students if they are viewing the study instead of being able to simply see when they begin viewing it.

Thanks, I wasn't aware of that. Although that issue doesn't mention the streamers problem and sincerely I care more about it.
