FIDE Code of Ethics, cheating and the Sandu case

I think that currently the cheating problem is the most important matter in chess.
@ arribox: Seems like but if it comes to such a topic we also should discuss about the ethics while a) in competition and b) of a civilized behaviour in general. In particular I am referring to the anonymous bullies and some lower-rankings as well as their arrogant high-ranking counterparts in talking, skipping and aborting games. Blocking is one way, I know; just thought here we are a community of "brains" who should know it better. Its Lichess -my new home- and not a common Online Game Portal like Multiplayerwar.com where brainless brainwashed open their mouth and attitude casket permanently while moderation is not available. Here it works to some extend due to a good moderation and a community that keeps an eye on but needs to be improved as well as we should improve ourselves each and together.
Just my two pawns.
@ o-OooO-o: I agree. Your "two pawns" are interesting.
Two lines of thought about Cheating---

1) What is the official stance on drug testing for Chess players?
It might be a little unfair if a player were taking certain 'focus-enhancing medications' like those typically used to treat ADHD symptoms. Is this not similar to using "Performance Enhancing Drugs" in a physical sport; a mental drug for a mental game?

2) What methods are players using to cheat, can it be prevented?
I could imagine some crazy Russians with WiFi in a special tooth to receive signals of the best move. The same could be said of any rigged mind-game, how do you prevent it? I guess you just assume people are innocent until proven guilty, continually improve cheat-detection measures, and ban anyone caught.
Yes, the crazy Russians.. :D... How about if player A is in a kind of a trance (drugged or hypnotized) and his partner B (somewhere else and in front of his "deep blue") is commanding his moves due to telepathy or is making moves due to a "spiritual replacement"? Remote controlled action is possible. Scientist already achieved a straight brain to brain communication -the top of the iceberg announcements- so imagine what is possible underneath. Huuu.. the smell of the cold war of chess is in the air. Get your pawns ready buoiyz!!
Interesting that you chose absurd language to describe a basic method of cheating - Player A gets valuable information from his Partner B.
What is an "absurd language" ? Do you refer to the "imagination of a "trance session"? Deep blue? telepathy and remote controlling? Huu.. Its Lichess.. super serious, no jokes allowed.. "absurd" is maybe your narrow mind. Btw, everything you can take in during a match can turn out to be an intensifier. Even a higher percentage of oxygen will do the math... anyway, let us stay serious and focus on a vacuum chamber for competitions that is placed in the void to avoid "absurd" replies.
"Everything can... be an intensifier" is true but it ignores the point - Not all intensifiers are equal. Some people have access to certain intensifiers that might be unfair and ethically wrong. What do you think?
