The guy accuses and insults a person in public to the point that the person leaves the tournament.

It is unbearable to let that happen. Strong players will be reluctant to play here if this kind of behavior remains unpunished

The worst in all this is that the cheating accusations come from people who have a game level close to zero.

I like to see quality insults from time to time. It keeps chess little less sterile (in a way), but those that you've linked are just lame subhuman gibberish from some underage basement dweller that use engine and throwing few human moves here and there hoping that he will not be marked as a cheater.
