Why not make a separate page for feature requests?

There are hundreds of ideas for new futures flowing through this forum everyday. But aside from the tedious task of reading them one by one and reading the replies, is there a better way to manage them?

I'd say a good idea would be to have a page very similar to QA page for feature requests. That way others can vote up or vote down features that they also want to see on the site. So you don't have to make a strawpoll like you did to find which feature is wanted the most. You can either put tags on them that shows whether it's "planned", "not going to fix", "in progress", things like that.
I think it is a good idea. If it gets QA page structure, it should not be very difficult to code it, I suppose.

Moreover, I would propose a separate page for training puzzles, too. I mean, a page to post the "dubious" puzzles, comment them, and vote them down (and, eventually, retire them).
