@steva23 if you want subscribers then first ensure that they see your face and can hear you speak. secondly, make sure that you make your video short and interesting preferably about 10-20 mins long. try to cover ongoing tournaments games for eg WRC magnus carlsen games etc. for help see agadmators youtube channel.
