I`ve been banned from tournaments

Hello,
I`ve used the engine to play against my frieds and lost the game due to detected cheating. Fair engough, not a problem there as it was friendly games, they even know I was traying to beat them using engine assistance but now I foundout I cant play tourmaments and I want to know if it is anything I can do about that

Lichess rules explicitly allow you to use an engine in friendly games, as long as the other player is also aware that you are using an engine.

And by friendly games, we mean casual games. You played those games rated, and your rating benefited from it. You are, therefore, a cheater.

The only thing you can do now is start over under a new account, and follow the house rules.
